How To Completely Relax In Less Than 2 Minutes
If you could have a secret way to completely relax in less than 2 minutes how would that improve your life? Let’s face it, life brings us stress. Traffic jams, deadlines, money, relationships, you name it. It is like we all carry a stress bucket. If the stress level is somewhere near the bottom of the bucket and you bang it on something (like when someone cuts you off in line at the bank) it will pass you buy, or it might just create a small wave that settles quickly. But if the stress bucket is full, any bang will overspill and can look like overblown anger, panic attack or a really bad day from just one small incident! Of course, relaxation techniques, as good as they are, are not enough. We need to make sure that we are meeting our Basic Needs. That we have a good night’s sleep and good nutrition so we don’t get Hangry. But on a day-to-day basis a regular relaxation, even a short one, will keep the stress level in the stress bucket in the safe zone.
