Common Questions
Is the Clarity Call via Video or Phone?
The choice is yours. When you book, you can select a
Video Call (Google Meet) if you prefer to connect face-to-face, or a standard
Phone Call if you feel more comfortable just talking. Both are equally effective for this initial chat.
Is this call really free?
Yes. It is an opportunity for us to meet without any financial commitment.
What if I'm not sure what to say or where to start?
You don't need to have the right words or a perfectly organised story. Most people who reach out aren't sure exactly what to say — and that is completely fine. All you need to do is show up. I will ask gentle questions to help us find our way together. There is no pressure to explain everything at once, and nothing you share will be judged. We simply start where you are.
How quickly will I hear back after booking?
Once you book your Clarity Call through the calendar, you will receive an automatic confirmation with all the details. No waiting, no chasing — everything is taken care of instantly. If you have an urgent question before the call, you are welcome to reach out directly by phone or email and I will get back to you as soon as possible.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
Life happens — and the last thing you need is added stress about a booking. If you need to cancel or reschedule, simply use the link in your confirmation email to make changes at any time. I ask for as much notice as possible so the time can be offered to someone else who needs it, but I understand that sometimes things come up unexpectedly. There is no judgment here.
Can I book for someone else — a partner, family member, or friend?
That is a loving thing to want to do. However, the first step works best when it comes from the person themselves — even a small act of reaching out can be the beginning of real change. If someone you care about is struggling, the most helpful thing you can do is share this page with them and let them know support is available. If you would like to talk through how to best support them, you are welcome to book a call yourself and we can discuss it together.
